何永睿,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。西南大学柑桔研究所所长助理,党委委员。国家柑桔品种改良中心主任,重庆市园艺学会果树专委会主任,重庆市植物学会副理事长,重庆市科技特派员。1996年西南农业大学毕业至今一直在西南大学柑桔研究所(原中国农业科学院柑桔研究所)从事柑桔生物育种和新品种培育推广相关研究。
近年来,申报主持国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家“863”计划子课题、重庆市科技创新重大专项项目等国家和省部级项目30余项,立项经费1500余万元。通过这些项目实施,在Horticulture Research、Plant Biotechnology Journal等国内外重要刊物发表研究论文50余篇;获国家授权专利10余项;作为主持人获得2017年度重庆市科技进步二等奖;作为主要选育人,培育的5个柑桔新品种通过审(鉴)定、登记或获新品种权,累计推广20余万亩。研究生培养20余名。
